Our agencies are open all year around and can deal with the management and advertising of your property.

Bookings: rental contracts, cancellation insurance, classification of your property by the tourism office.
We are open 6 days a week to answer the booking requests.
At every booking we send you a rental confirmation which informs you about the rented period and your net income.
Flexibility of your schedule and your rates: we advise you, calculate prices according to the local market (location, equipment, school holidays…) BUT You are free to choose the number of weeks to rent, and every season you agree or modify our price list.

National advertisement: on radio, calendars, village map, Tourist office brochure, French ski school brochure…
International advertisement: Easy jet on flight magazine, specialized magazines …
A promotion is also made on websites specialized on mountain holidays and other more general websites. You benefit from the c21’s notoriety and an important former clients file. |
* Before the season:
- Maintenance: general cleaning (we move the furniture, clean the blankets or duvets, under sheets…) and some works (on request), we switch on the anti-freeze system of the properties.
* Before the clients arrival:
- We switch on the heating system, water and electricity.
• During the guest stay:
- monitoring of the needed repairs
• After each rental:
- The cleaning is done by the clients or by our cleaning staff if requested by the guest (& then checked by our agency).

In order to minimize the cost, our own agent of maintenance does all the small repairs. However if it concerns a technical problem, we call local professionals operating the same day of call. In such case you will be advised immediately.
A new website:
Customers can check and visualize all our availabilities, and book on line with secured payment.
As an owner, you have a private access to manage your apartment (visualize your bookings, block or unblock a personal booking…).

- On the arrival day: collect of the keys from 3 pm to 7 pm (late arrivals are possible with a secured letter box with access code) with single-use mattress protection for beds and pillows (to be payable by the owner)
- Keys are given after checking-in: payment of the balance, deposit and local tax paid.
